🏦 Withdrawal Process

Steps to Request Withdrawal:

1. Create a Ticket – Start by creating a withdrawal request ticket in your account.

2. Select Payment Method – Choose your preferred payment method (eSewa, Bank Transfer, UPI, etc.).

3. Enter Payment Details – Provide the required details:

   • Payment / Transaction ID(s)

   • Payment Email ID(s) (if applicable)

   • Payment Received Account Number

   • IFSC Code / UPI ID / eSewa ID / Bank Name

   • Account Holder Name

4. Enter Withdrawal Amount – Add the exact withdrawal amount you want to request.

5. Confirm Withdrawal Amount – Re-enter or verify the withdrawal amount for confirmation.

6. Add Message – In the message section, write your complete withdrawal request details along with payment information.

💸 Withdrawal Charges (Service Fee):

• 500 – 1000 NPR → 5%

• 1000 – 9999 NPR → 3%

• 10000+ NPR → 2%
